Job summary

Pass the Keys, the UK's leading short-let and holiday-let management company, seeks a Territory Manager for London. You will own the territory’s P&L, drive growth, and lead a local team to deliver exceptional service to hosts and guests.

You’ll manage CRM-driven sales, build partnerships, and ensure operational excellence while reporting on KPI-driven progress. The role is London-based with hybrid work, requiring three days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a management role with P&L responsibility.
• Track record in sales and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM and Google Workspace.
• Entrepreneurial, autonomous, proactive work style.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth plan to expand market presence.
• Own the territory P&L and drive revenue & profitability.
• Lead monthly/quarterly reviews and report performance.
• Recruit, train and develop a high-performing local team.
• Manage end-to-end sales, CRM activities, and partnerships.
