Qualifications

• Established relationships with developers, operators, institutional investors and procurement leads.
• Track record of securing major scheme contracts, framework agreements and preferred-supplier positions.
• Ownership of competitive tenders from qualification to submission and pitch.
• Credibility with senior executives and investment committees.
• Ability to manage 9–18 month sales cycles and negotiate complex phased contracts.

Responsibilities

• Win furnishing contracts across schemes of 100-500+ homes.
• Sell services or furniture, fixtures and equipment into BTR, co-living or multi-unit residential developments.
