Job summary

Dwelly is seeking a Landlord Business Development Manager to grow revenue from landlords across its agency network. You will collaborate with agency MDs, valuers and the Growth team to win more properties and upgrade service tiers, driving long-term landlord relationships and higher revenue.

Responsibilities include qualifying inbound leads, logging outcomes in the CRM, and promoting higher-value tiers such as rent guarantee. Experience in UK lettings and a consultative sales style are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consultative sales to landlords or property investors in UK lettings.
• Strong discovery, objection handling and closing skills, both by phone and face to face.
• Disciplined CRM habits: every conversation, outcome and reason logged.

Responsibilities

• Identify landlord problems and tailor value propositions to Dwelly services.
• Upsell landlords from Let Only to Fully Managed by addressing costs like voids and arrears.
• Present new, higher-priced service tiers including rent guarantee features to landlords.
