Job summary

Home Made in Manchester is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate for a remote, field-based role covering Manchester, Leeds, and Liverpool. You will build relationships with landlords and tenants, present great property offers, and help drive viewings and leases while working with our London team.

You'll travel quarterly to our London HQ, enjoy a 9am–6pm Tue–Sat schedule, and benefit from a base salary plus uncapped commission and opportunities to grow through our Learning and Development

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth events.
• Attend property viewings, engage with prospective renters, and close deals.
• Provide timely updates to all parties regarding viewings and appointments.
• Identify opportunities to increase viewings and conversions.
• Keep accurate CRM records and update data regularly.
• Resolve issues quickly during viewings and leasing processes.
• Collaborate with the London sales team on new site launches.
