Job summary

Dwelly is hiring a Landlord Business Development Manager in the UK to grow revenue from landlords across its agency network. You will work with agency MDs, valuers and the Growth team to win more properties and upgraded service levels.

You will target landlords, handle objections, and qualify inbound leads up to booked valuer visits, building a durable landlord relationship and expanding wallet share.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to landlords or property investors in UK lettings.
• Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing skills, both by phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Find landlords' real problems and propose Dwelly solutions.
• Upsell to Fully Managed and higher service tiers.
• Qualify inbound leads and book valuer visits.
• Maintain a library of value propositions and objections.
