Dwelly is building the AI operating system for residential lettings and is expanding its landlord network across the UK. The Landlord Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by winning more properties and higher service tiers from landlords, in collaboration with agency MDs, valuers and the Growth team.

The role focuses on solving landlords' problems, increasing share of wallet, and moving clients to Fully Managed services.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of consultative sales to landlords or property investors in UK lettings.
• Strong discovery, objection handling and closing skills, both by phone and face to face.
• Disciplined CRM habits: every conversation, outcome and reason logged.

Aufgaben

• Identify landlords' real problems and propose Dwelly solutions.
• Upsell to Fully Managed and higher service tiers by addressing costs and benefits.
• Qualify inbound leads and support the marketing team to book valuer visits.
• Maintain a library of value propositions and responses for MDs and valuers.
• Log outcomes and reasons in the CRM for each engagement.
