Job summary

Hunter Selection Limited is seeking a Junior Service Desk Technician to join a Midlands-based team. The role is remote with occasional travel to customer sites, handling first-line IT support across emails, tickets, phone and in-person encounters.

You will work under established SLAs, gaining experience with M365, password resets, and basic networking, with strong training and a benefits package including 23 days holiday and a medical cash plan.

Qualifications

• Some IT experience.
• Have a relevant IT qualification.
• Experience with M365.
• Experience resetting passwords.
• Understanding of basic networking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support via email, ticketing system, telephone or face-to-face to external customers.
• Escalate tickets when needed to ensure SLAs are met.
• Support clients with networking and telecommunications needs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely resolution.
