Job summary

Hunters Recruitment & Training Ltd is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide first and second line support to business customers from our Aldershot office. The role is full-time and office-based, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule and salary in the £30,000–£34,000 DOE range.

You will handle calls, manage Microsoft 365 issues, and assist with onboarding and site visits. The ideal candidate has prior IT support or service desk experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or service desk role.
• Confident, friendly communication over the phone and in person.
• Good attention to detail with accurate documentation.
• Full UK driving licence for customer site visits.
• MSP/MSSP experience, Microsoft 365 familiarity, basic networking knowledge, onboarding experience or relevant IT certifications would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and tickets, providing support across Microsoft 365, Windows, devices, networks and cloud services.
• Administer Microsoft 365 users, mailboxes, passwords and multi-factor authentication.
• Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Windows issues.
• Maintain accurate ticket records and update customers on progress.
• Assist with customer onboarding, liaise with third-party suppliers and occasionally visit customer sites.
