Job summary

Hunter Selection in Gloucester is seeking a 1st Line IT Service Desk Engineer to join a high performing MSP. The role involves IT support across O365, SharePoint, Azure, Teams, and basic InTune, plus logging incidents and maintaining SLAs.

You'll build, install and configure hardware and software and contribute to live infrastructure projects while pursuing Microsoft training and certifications. This role is on-site in Gloucester with a friendly, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 1st line IT service desk role.
• Knowledge of O365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests by logging and categorising incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain SLAs and keep users updated.
• Build, install and configure hardware and software.
• Work on service desk and live infrastructure projects.
