Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking a Service Desk Engineer in Birmingham with hybrid working. You will support a leading IT Service provider, focus on infrastructure and networking, and assist clients across the region. Remote work with some travel to sites, resolving issues or escalating them within SLAs. A strong background in Windows, AD, M365 and networking is preferred.

The role offers £30,000-£40,000, car allowance, and wider benefits, with a focus on service quality and timely ticket resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience with MSP or IT consultancy environments.
• Strong background in infrastructure and networking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SLAs and close tickets
• Support a variety of clients across Birmingham area
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers as required
