Pamoja Education is seeking a Junior Schools Services Coordinator to support schools remotely. The 15-month fixed term contract focuses on customer success, school engagement, and sport of enrolment processes across a global remote team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or client success roles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
• Comfort with presenting and delivering webinars.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive customer support and establish priorities with schools.
• Build relationships with customer schools to support retention and growth.
• Conduct health checks and audits for allocated schools.
• Monitor student engagement and handle withdrawal requests.
• Update internal systems with customer notes and contacts.
• Follow up to ensure proper utilization and offer further support.
• Support live webinars with clear communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborate with Academic and other teams to inform schools of updates.
• Support enrolment processes in line with calendars.
• Induct and train schools’ points of contact.
• Handle email and phone support for students and teachers.
• Provide first-line technical support and QA testing for new features.
• Contribute to improving help materials and escalation processes.
