Job summary

Pamoja Education seeks a capable IB Programme Coordinator to lead the DP phase remotely in the UK. You will oversee curriculum design, staff support, student progress, and assessment administration, ensuring alignment with IB standards across online courses.

The role requires IB DP experience, strong leadership, and proficient use of Canvas and Microsoft 365. UK-based applicants with references and DBS checks are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education (Master's preferred).
• Qualified teacher status or equivalent teaching certification.
• Experience teaching within the IB Diploma Programme.
• Prior experience as a DP Coordinator or curriculum management role.
• Strong understanding of IB philosophy, Standards and Practices, and assessment procedures.
