Job summary

Pamoja Education is seeking a Junior Schools Services Coordinator to provide customer support across the School Services team in a fully remote role. The position focuses on retention and growth of student enrolments by building strong relationships with customer schools and coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously with a global remote team.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to customers, establishing priorities and next steps
• Build relationships with customer schools to support retention and growth
• Conduct health checks and audits for allocated schools
• Monitor student engagement and handle withdrawal requests
• Update internal systems with notes and contact information
• Follow up with customers to ensure proper usage and offer further support
• Assist with live webinars and communicate clearly
• Coordinate with Academic team and Principal of Online Courses
• Maintain communication with schools about enhancements to systems and processes
• Support timely student enrolment in line with calendars
• Induct and train schools’ points of contact
