Job summary

peopleworth is hiring an Enrolment Advisor for the Employer Group, based remotely in the United Kingdom, with Coventry context as part of our regional focus. You will guide prospective learners through the enrolment journey, provide clear information about programmes, and drive growth through consultative selling.

You'll engage leads across phone, email, and video, use our CRM to track progress, and partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new learners.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of dedicated sales experience in high-value consumer services.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication across phone, video, and written channels.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple leads in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience.
• Strong resilience and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work remotely with a high degree of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective learners through the enrolment journey.
