Job summary

National Skills Agency is seeking a proactive Learner Support Coordinator to manage the end-to-end learner journey across apprenticeship and bootcamp programmes. The role focuses on onboarding, cohort setup, resource management, and responsive learner support.

You will collaborate with learners, tutors, and external EPA bodies to ensure high-quality experiences, strong communication, and timely delivery. Remote or hybrid UK working options are available, with a focus on excellence in learner

Qualifications

• Experience in education, training, or apprenticeship and bootcamp programme delivery.
• Strong digital skills with Teams/Zoom and online learning environments.
• Excellent organisational skills, with scheduling, resources, and documentation.
• High attention to detail and compliance-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the End-to-End Learner Journey from onboarding through to EPA, ensuring a consistent learner experience.
• Create and manage Zoom/Teams links, invites, and session logistics for online and in-person sessions.
• Champion learner engagement and coordinate support with tutors, Skills Coaches, and Learning Partners.
• Support EPA coordination, gateway requirements, and scheduling to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor feedback and drive continuous improvement of resources, processes, and learner experiences.
