AP Education in Norfolk seeks an Education Delivery Coordinator to support tutors, families and partners, ensuring effective educational delivery. You will coordinate services, oversee tuition activity, manage workload, and build positive Local Authority partnerships.

The role requires independent work, strong communication and a proactive mindset, with a hybrid pattern of office and field activity across the local area.

Qualifications

• Background in the education sector.
• Experience in customer service/account management/coordination/sales/recruitment or related sectors.
• Interest/knowledge/passion for SEND/SEMH education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing tutors and support staff through multiple channels.
• Acting as primary contact for tutors and staff, aligning skills to needs.
• Overseeing the full provision process including coordination and guidance.
• Building relationships with Local Authorities to support collaboration.
• Understanding the local area and tutor networks to identify opportunities.
• Providing ongoing support to tutors and families including site visits.
