Ackerman Pierce Education are seeking an Education Delivery Co-ordinator to support tutors, families and partner organisations, ensuring effective educational delivery and ongoing tuition activity in the local area. The role emphasizes relationship management, coordination of support services and regular progress monitoring.

The role requires strong communication, independent working style, and a proactive approach, with site visits and travel across local areas.

Qualifications

• Background in education is preferred.
• Experience in sales/recruitment or related sectors.
• Interest, knowledge or passion for SEND/SEMH education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing tutors and support staff through multiple channels.
• Acting as primary contact for tutors and staff, matching skills to needs.
• Overseeing the full provision process, including coordination and progress monitoring.
• Building relationships with Local Authorities to support collaboration.
• Developing understanding of the local area and tutor networks to identify opportunities.
• Providing ongoing support to tutors and families, including site visits.
• Managing workload and maintaining high professional standards.
