Qualifications

• Prior experience in an IT Helpdesk or Engineer role.
• Experience with Cloud based Microsoft systems and Office 365.
• Professional and proactive approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients via telephone and email.
• Log and track support issues using the ticket system.
• Keep accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other team members.
• Receive comprehensive in-house training including a 3-day induction.
