Candour in the North-West, England is hiring an IT Support Engineer to deliver high‑quality support for a wide range of technologies, both remotely and onsite across the region.

You will work at 1st/2nd line level, handle Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, networking and devices, and benefit from strong progression, pay rises, and a flexible working style.

Qualifications

• Experience in an MSP or education IT environment (schools, academies, or trusts).
• Proven experience in IT Support (1st/2nd line).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality IT support for a wide range of technologies both remotely and onsite.
• Troubleshoot client issues and help prepare for future IT needs.
• Support clients in the North-West region on-site where required.
