Job summary

Nextech Group Limited is a growing MSP seeking an IT Support Technician to join their technical team. The role covers remote and onsite support for a varied client base across Suffolk and Essex, with opportunities to work on projects and installations.

The successful candidate will have solid experience with Microsoft 365, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Flexible working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of networking.
• Previous MSP experience preferred, but not essential

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support remotely and onsite.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues.
• Monitor and manage devices using NinjaOne RMM.
• Assist with client projects, installations and IT upgrades.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to clients
