Job summary

Focus Group is seeking a Solutions Engineer to deliver hands-on installations and support for customers remotely across its designated area in the UK. You will be the subject matter expert in networking, servers/storage, or cloud, leading projects and mentoring engineers while traveling to client sites 3–4 days a week.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an IT support and delivery role – MSP setting.
Specialist knowledge in networking, servers/storage, and cloud technologies.
Ability to lead projects and mentor colleagues.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on installations and technical support for customers across designated area.
Act as SME in your specialism (networking, servers/storage or cloud) and lead projects.
Mentor and guide engineers around you to solve complex faults.
Travel to customer sites 3–4 days a week; balance on-site and remote work.
