Job summary

Set2Recruit is seeking a Professional Services Consultant for a remote role covering London and surrounding areas. You will manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects, including server, network, Azure, security services and application deployments, coordinating with clients and internal teams.

You will handle 5-8 active projects, participate in pre-sales scoping, and support technical reviews, CAB processes, and knowledge sharing within the team; travel to client sites in/around

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project delivery and implementation experience.
• Experience coordinating resources across multiple projects.
• Ability to work remotely and manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage 5-8 concurrent projects from kick-off to handover.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to Technical Request Documents.
• Escalate complex issues and align solutions with product stacks.
• Lead client technical reviews and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to process improvements and stay updated on technologies.
