Job summary

Focus Group is seeking a Solutions Engineer for its Networking team in Shoreham-by-Sea. You will deliver remote and on-site support, design and deploy enterprise network solutions, including SD-WAN, VLANs, firewalls and wireless across multiple vendors.

You will lead network-focused projects, mentor peers, and contribute to scoping, design and handover to service operations, with a hands-on, customer-facing approach and a drive for technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a support, infrastructure or solutions delivery role.
• Strong networking knowledge across LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, firewalls and wireless.
• Ability to design, implement and troubleshoot enterprise network solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality installation, configuration and maintenance of customer infrastructure including SD-WAN, switching, firewalls and wireless.
• Lead networking projects, manage technical workstreams, and coordinate with partners and customers.
• Audit, document and maintain best-practice network runbooks and designs.
