Focus Group is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to lead hands-on installations and customer deployments across your area. You’ll be the subject matter expert in networking, servers and storage, or cloud, and you’ll drive projects from kickoff to completion.
This remote, field-based role requires 3–4 days on the road weekly, with visits to diverse sites from small businesses to enterprise, plus mentoring peers and supporting ongoing service delivery. A UK driving licence is essential.

You'll be the subject matter expert in your specialism – whether that's networking, servers and storage, or cloud – leading projects, solving complex faults, and mentoring the engineers around you.
This is a home & customer site based role with real variety: you'll be out visiting customers 3-4 days a week, from small businesses through to enterprise sites, so you'll need to enjoy being on the road and with customers as much as behind a screen.
Proven experience in an IT support and delivery role - ideally within an MSP setting
