Job summary

Arch Insurance (UK) Limited seeks an Operations Insurance Technician to provide administrative support within the MOS Team. You will work to ensure high-quality service, maintain SLA adherence, and collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes strong communication, accuracy, and the ability to work both in the office and remotely to meet deadlines. Training and teaming with stakeholders are key aspects of the position.

• High computer literacy and able to demonstrate intermediate use of Microsoft Office including Excel.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
• Can demonstrate ability to work with resilience in a busy office environment and on one’s own initiative when required to work remotely to meet deadlines and SLA’s
• Ability to take on new tasks quickly and use initiative
• Demonstrates pride in delivering excellent, quality service and endeavours to exceed expectations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an eye for detail to ensure quality and requirements are met

Responsibilities

• Process risk capture and provide accurate administrative support across the business.
• Complete initial and ongoing training to maintain quality and develop skills.
• Understand and meet team service-level agreements.
• Proactively obtain missing information and resolve outstanding queries.
• Act on feedback and coaching from managers, senior technicians, Quality assurance, and colleagues.
• Identify and suggest process improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings.
• Manage multiple priorities accurately and respond promptly to ad hoc requests.
• Complete other relevant duties as required.
