Arch Europe Insurance Services Ltd is seeking an Operations Insurance Technician to provide administrative support to Arch Insurance. You will process risk capture, maintain accuracy, and work with the MOS Team and Quality Assurance to meet SLA targets.

Role Summary and Purpose

• Reporting to the MOS Team Manager the role of an Operations Insurance Technician is to provide administrative support to Arch Insurance.
• Working in a professional and efficient manner and in accordance with agreed Policy and Procedure guides and company Values.
• Work is to be completed to the highest quality and will be assessed regularly by the Quality Assurance Team.
• Working with colleagues in your team and surrounding teams to support with continuous improvement within the department and sharing best practice.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Process risk capture and provide accurate administrative support across the business.
• Complete initial and ongoing training to maintain quality and develop skills.

• High computer literacy and able to demonstrate intermediate use of Microsoft office including Excel

• Can demonstrate ability to work with resilience in a busy office environment and on one’s own initiative when required to work remotely to meet deadlines and SLA’s
• Ability to take on new tasks quickly and use initiative
