Job summary

Find. is representing a leading financial services and insurance training provider seeking an Insurance Apprentice Coach.

The role develops a cohort of apprentices aiming for level 3, 4 and 6 qualifications, guiding their learner journey and aligning with employer performance measures. The post is fully remote, with responsibilities spanning induction, group delivery, progress assessment and end-point readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the insurance apprenticeship space.
• Minimum five years occupational experience in the Insurance sector.
• CII Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Insurance (Level 6).
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills radar calls with apprentices to understand starting points.
• Carry out induction presentations and admin tasks for apprentice sign-up.
• Run monthly meetings with apprentices in the workplace and remotely.
• Deliver group sessions in line with curriculum and Ofsted requirements.
• Monitor progress and document evidence in line with quality rules.
• Coach apprentices on how work-based experience maps to the apprenticeship standard.
• Support end-point assessment readiness and escalate concerns as needed.
