Job summary

FIND | Creating Futures represents a leading financial services and insurance training provider, seeking an Insurance Apprentice Coach to develop a cohort of apprentices working toward level 3, 4 and 6 qualifications. You will guide their learner journey, align with employer performance measures, and build strong relationships with apprentices and their line managers.

The role requires evidence of experience in insurance coaching or training within apprenticeships, a CII Diploma or Advanced

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar insurance coaching role.
• Demonstrated ability to guide learners through apprenticeship programmes.
• Strong administrative and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills radar calls with apprentices to assess starting points.
• Lead induction presentations and apprentice sign-up administration.
• Run monthly in-work and remote meetings with apprentices.
• Deliver group delivery sessions aligned with curriculum and Ofsted requirements.
• Respond to apprentice remote queries and support requirements.
• Measure and assess progress against milestones of the learner journey.
• Undertake bespoke projects to enhance the business.
• Complete documentation to evidence learner work and track off-the-job activity.
• Contextualise learning outcomes to the apprentice's role and environment.
• Advise on evidence to support portfolio for End Point Assessment.
• Support apprentices towards their professional qualification.
• Escalate concerns to line manager as needed.
• Support line manager to ensure learner progression to planned end date.
• Coach on preparation for End Point Assessment.
• Attend development/standardisation meetings as required by the business.
