Job summary

QA is hiring a dedicated coach to mentor Level 4 apprenticeship learners remotely across UK organisations, guiding progress and achieving milestones. You will provide 1-2-1 coaching, feedback, and ensure learners meet 20% off-the-job obligations while using its VLE for a seamless learning journey.

You will work with Digital Learning Advisors and Learning Specialists to blend classroom and online learning, uphold quality assurance standards, and build strong employer relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills for complex content.
• Able to connect with diverse audiences including technical and non-technical professionals.
• Strong knowledge and skill of Data Analysis.
• Proficient in data analysis tasks and Excel.
• Familiarity with data platforms (Power BI, Tableau, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with SQL, Python or R and statistical modelling basics.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support an agreed caseload of Level 4 learners in small organisations and corporate environments.
• Collaborate with Digital Learning Advisors and Learning Specialists to bridge classroom and online learning.
• Ensure learners achieve their apprenticeship programme on time with documented feedback.
• Support learners online across modules, applying skills to their current roles.
• Engage with employers and learners to monitor progress and plan progression.
