Job summary

FiND is seeking an Insurance Apprentice Coach to develop cohorts of apprentices across level 3, 4 and 6 insurance qualifications. You will support their learner journey, align with employer performance measures, and collaborate with line managers to maximise progression.

Remote delivery, regulatory awareness and strong learner support are essential. The role requires sector experience, a CII Diploma (or progress toward) and a proactive, patient approach, with good communication and admin skills,

Qualifications

• At least five years of occupational experience in the Insurance sector.
• Experience in a similar role within the apprenticeship space is preferred.
• Holding a CII Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Insurance (Level 6) is required or highly desirable.
• Demonstrates self-motivation and initiative with a learner-centred approach.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; strong administrative abilities.
• Good IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office; organised and methodical.
• Committed to continuous professional development and best practice in training.
• Full, clean UK driving licence to enable field activity as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills radar calls with apprentices to understand starting points.
• Complete induction presentations and apprentice sign-up administration.
• Run monthly meetings with apprentices in the workplace and remotely.
• Deliver group sessions aligned with curriculum and Ofsted requirements.
• Support apprentices with queries and monitor progress against milestones.
• Undertake projects to improve business performance and learner outcomes.
• Maintain documentation evidencing learner work and track off-the-job activity.
• Contextualise learning to the apprentice's role and environment.
• Coach on evidence for portfolio development and end-point assessment.
