Job summary

Radiant Systems Inc. is seeking an Import/Export Coordinator to own the end-to-end operational relationship with customers, from PO intake to export fulfilment and post-delivery follow-up. You will validate orders in SAP, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure shipments depart on time.

You will manage pricing, Incoterms, and OpenText processing, creating and maintaining sales orders, while handling DGs and documentation accuracy. Remote role with six-month contract length.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with imports and exports.
• Experience validating and processing POs in SAP and OpenText.
• Proficient in Excel; ability to create and manage documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams.
• Ability to own customer operational relationship end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational contact for the customer.
• Validate and process customer POs; manage obsolescence and substitutions.
• Create and maintain Sales Orders through SAP/OpenText; apply pricing and Incoterms.
• Coordinate with planning, logistics and customer to ensure on-time shipments.
• Handover orders to clients for booking and manage post-shipment disputes.
