Redline Group Ltd, Cambridge-based manufacturer, seeks an Import & Export Coordinator to manage all imports and exports for multiple departments, ensuring timely and cost-effective shipping of equipment.

You will work to established procedures and policies, handling dispatch notes, import/export invoices, and compliance communications, with opportunities for career progression and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Creation of Dispatch notes for equipment being shipped out.
• Creation of importation/ exportations commercial invoices.
• Obtain export and import entries in order to complete files to satisfy audit requirements.
• Communicate with the compliance team to ensure operations are in line with requirements.
• Check and validate all freight and packing invoices.
• Handle all IPR shipments.

Redline has been retained by a leading instrumentation manufacturer who are looking for an Import & Export Coordinator

Based in Cambridge.

This Import & Export Coordinator based in Cambridge will control all imports and exports for various departments. They will be responsible for the timely, cost and effective shipping of all equipment whilst adhering to standard procedures and policies.
