Redline has been retained by a leading instrumentation manufacturer and is seeking an Import & Export Coordinator based in Cambridge. You will control all imports and exports for various departments, ensuring timely, cost-effective shipping in line with standard procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• Creation of dispatch notes for equipment being shipped out.
• Creation of importation/exportation commercial invoices.
• Obtain export and import entries to satisfy audit requirements.
• Communicate with the compliance team to ensure operations are in line with requirements.
• Check and validate all freight and packing invoices.
• Handle all IPR shipments.

Responsibilities

• Create dispatch notes for outbound equipment.
• Prepare import/export commercial invoices.
• Obtain necessary export/import entries for audits.
• Liaise with compliance to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Review freight and packing invoices for accuracy.
