Job summary

Redline has been retained by a leading instrumentation manufacturer and is seeking an Import & Export Coordinator based in Cambridge. You will control all imports and exports for various departments, ensuring timely, cost-effective shipping in line with standard procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• Creation of dispatch notes for equipment being shipped out.
• Creation of importation/exportation commercial invoices.
• Obtain export and import entries to satisfy audit requirements.
• Communicate with the compliance team to ensure operations are in line with requirements.
• Check and validate all freight and packing invoices.
• Handle all IPR shipments.

This Import & Export Coordinator based in Cambridge will control all imports and exports for various departments.They will be responsible for the timely, cost and effective shipping of all equipment whilst adhering to standard procedures and policies.
