T3AM Global is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and engage prospective customers and generate qualified opportunities for our recruitment teams. This commission-based role rewards performance with an OTE of £24,000-£30,000.

Opportunities are available home-based, hybrid, and office-based across the UK. You will prospect, qualify leads, and book meetings, while maintaining CRM records and driving revenue growth for our recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage businesses via outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Identify companies actively hiring and benefiting from recruitment services.
• Speak with owners, directors, HR and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Qualify prospects and translate requirements into opportunities for the team.
• Book qualified meetings and generate opportunities for the sales/recruitment teams.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed activity, meeting and new business targets.
