Job summary

Pertemps North Midlands in the UK is seeking an HR Senior Advisor to join our growing HR team in a full-time, fully remote position. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established global organisation with operations across Europe and products sold in over 90 countries.

You'll play a key role in supporting managers and employees while contributing to a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a generalist HR environment, advisor level or above.
• Strong employee relations knowledge and case management.
• Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.
• Participate in investigations, hearings, and resolution of employee relations issues.
• Ensure HR policies comply with employment legislation.
• Assist with payroll administration, benefits coordination, and documentation.
• Support performance review processes and career development initiatives.
• Drive learning, development and employee engagement programmes.
• Produce HR reports and people metrics for stakeholders.
• Build relationships with managers and employees across the organisation.
