Advancing Analytics is seeking a proactive People Advisor to support a fast-growing team. The role focuses on providing practical HR advice across the employee lifecycle, nurturing an inclusive culture and guiding managers through performance, ER issues and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong HR knowledge with understanding of employment law, HR best practice and employee relations processes.
• Experience managing performance management processes and coaching difficult conversations to fair outcomes.
• Excellent communicator, able to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR Advisor, providing advice and support to employees and managers across the employee lifecycle.
• Build relationships across the business to maintain an inclusive, engaged and high-performing culture.
• Lead and support employee relations matters, providing pragmatic and empathetic guidance on workplace issues.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing and sense of belonging.
• Support organisational change initiatives, ensuring people impacts are considered and managed effectively.
• Use feedback and people insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhanced employee experience.
