Job summary

Talent Included is seeking a Regional HR Advisor to provide first-line HR support across a multi-site operation in the UK. The role is hybrid, with four days in the office and one day home-based, supporting managers with employee relations, HR processes and people-related activity.

You will ensure fair, practical HR guidance across the region, coach managers, maintain records, and help drive consistent HR practices while keeping up with UK employment law and policy changes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting employee relations in an operational environment.
• Confident coaching of managers on HR processes and options.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proactive approach to identifying issues and improving ways of working.
• Ability to work within established HR policies and frameworks.
• Competent with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR and employee relations support to managers across sites.
• Coach and guide managers on HR processes and next steps.
• Support formal employee relations meetings with accurate records and follow-up.
• Apply HR policies consistently across multiple sites.
• Promote consistent approaches to people management and documented outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and share best practices.
• Maintain records of employee relations cases and outcomes.
• Monitor recurring HR issues and emerging risks.
• Produce HR insights on absence and attrition.
• Coordinate HR training and participate in recruitment interviews when required.
• Stay up-to-date with UK employment legislation.
