Job summary

Impact HR is seeking a hands-on HR Consultant to support clients across the UK from a remote base with travel to client sites. You will deliver expert HR advice, implement practical solutions, and manage multiple client portfolios in a dynamic consultancy setting.

You will use your employment law knowledge, stay aligned with our tools, and help shape long-term people strategies while building lasting relationships with client teams.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR background with solid knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience in consultancy or multi-site environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and work remotely as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients with both operational and strategic HR support.
• Deliver compliant, pragmatic HR advice and documentation to high standards.
• Lead casework, project delivery and proactive support aligned to client needs.
• Follow Impact HR's tools and frameworks across engagements.
• Support leadership with people strategies and HR audits.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to grow accounts.
