Job summary

ManyPets is hiring a proactive People Advisor to support managers with practical HR solutions and to act as a trusted advisor on a wide range of UK employment matters. You will lead employee relations cases end-to-end, ensure legal compliance, and contribute to change initiatives across the business.

The role includes overseeing HR operations from onboarding to off-boarding, supporting payroll data changes, and delivering training for managers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a People Advisor or equivalent.
• Strong employee relations experience with independent case handling.
• Experience supporting organisational change and sensitive people matters.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and pace.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, practical HR advice to managers on employee relations matters.
• Lead end-to-end ER cases, including investigations and disciplinary proceedings.
• Support organisational change, changes to team structures, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
• Oversee onboarding through off-boarding, with accurate documentation.
• Assist payroll processes and monthly data changes where required.
• Contribute to policy development, training delivery, and DEI initiatives.
