Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, law, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in HR with a focus on employee relations.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor law and its application to ER issues.
• Proven experience conducting investigations and mediating workplace conflicts.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and disputes.
• Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and policy violations.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations matters and best practices.
• Ensure fair application of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
• Develop and deliver training programs on conflict resolution and workplace conduct.
• Collaborate with HR to identify trends and implement ER improvement strategies.
