Job summary

Impact HR is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our growing UK practice. The role is primarily remote with travel to client sites across the Leeds / North region and surrounding areas, demanding strong employment law knowledge and practical, advisory HR delivery.

You will manage a portfolio of client relationships, deliver strategic and operational HR support, conduct audits, advise on TUPE and redundancy, and develop tailored people plans that align with client goals while upholding

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR consultant delivering strategic and operational HR advice.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
• Strong relationship-building and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client HR cases via phone, email, and onsite/virtual meetings.
• Deliver compliant HR advice and documentation to high standards.
• Lead on TUPE, redundancy, and change programmes for clients.
• Design and implement tailored people plans and HR processes.
