Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality HR consultancy services to a portfolio of client sites.
• Provide expert HR advice and guidance, prepare consultancy proposals.
• Design and deliver HR consultancy products aligned to membership offering.
• Support continuous improvement of HR services and client satisfaction.
• Lead needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation of HR interventions, workshops, and seminars.
• Develop opportunities to cross-sell services and grow the client base.
