SES Engineering Services is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our People team, supporting managers and employees across the business. You will deliver practical HR advice, manage employee relations, TUPE activity and contribute to the employee lifecycle.

This role can be based in the South (London area) or Northwest (Manchester/Leeds) with travel to sites; flexible working and a comprehensive benefits package accompany the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR generalist with practical advisory skills.
• Strong background in employee relations, advice resolution and TUPE knowledge.
• Ability to coach managers and drive positive employee experiences.

Responsabilités

• Manage a broad range of employee relations cases including investigations, hearings and appeals.
• Coach and support managers on people matters to enable early intervention and compliant outcomes.
• Support onboarding, probation reviews, employment changes, absence management and exits.
