Equans is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join our team in Leeds. This full-time, permanent role offers a hybrid working pattern with regular travel to sites across the North and occasional trips to other regions.

You will support c.1,600 colleagues on a national multisite contract, aligning with HR policy, providing first-line support, and driving engagement and cost control. The role requires significant HR experience, TUPE and mobilisation knowledge, and the ability to work with HRBPs and

Competenze

• Significant proven HR experience in a high-pressured, fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of TUPE/Contract mobilisation.
• Experience in an Operational HR Advisory role supporting front and mid-level managers.
• Solid understanding of UK employment legislation and best practice.

Mansioni

• Advise and support line managers in all people processes to boost engagement.
• Coach managers to build capability and ownership of their people.
• Provide guidance on grievance and disciplinary actions, attend hearings as required.
• Generate attendance and HR reporting, flag risks and propose remediation with managers.
• Assist with monthly HR processes and policy rollout, including delivery of workshops.
