Elysium Healthcare Limited is seeking a Workforce Administrator to support HR data accuracy, recruitment, onboarding and training coordination across a busy service. You will manage confidential records, ensure compliance and provide governance documentation to managers and SMT.

Based remotely, you will deliver precise HR administration, generate workforce reports, oversee mandatory training, and help with Right to Work, DBS and visa checks while supporting the HR/Training Assistant and senior

Competenze

• Experience delivering confidential HR administration and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, onboarding and leaver procedures.
• Experience with training coordination and mandatory training tracking.
• Understanding of Right to Work checks, DBS, and visa sponsorship administration.
• Ability to prepare minutes and governance documentation with precision.

• Maintain HR systems and employee records with audit-ready accuracy.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, induction and contractual changes.
• Monitor compliance and sponsorship documentation; support DBS and visa checks.
• Oversee training bookings and monitor mandatory training completion.
