Job summary

Elysium Healthcare in Potters Bar is seeking a Workforce Lead to deliver efficient HR data, recruitment and onboarding administration, and governance support. You will maintain confidential employee records, coordinate core people processes, and provide workforce oversight for compliance across the service.

You will handle statutory checks (Right to Work, DBS, professional registrations) and sponsorship administration, supported by accurate reporting for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Deliver confidential and well-organized HR and workforce administration.
• Knowledge of Right to Work checks, DBS processes and sponsorship administration.
• Minute-taking and governance documentation for formal HR meetings.
• Two years of HR or workforce administration experience.
• Coordination of recruitment, onboarding and induction administration.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assurance of accurate workforce data across HR systems and compliance logs.
• Delivery of consistent HR process outcomes for recruitment, onboarding, induction, probation and leaver processes.
• Statutory and regulatory compliance assurance for Right to Work, DBS, registrations and sponsorship documentation.
• Provision of reliable HR administrative support to managers and the Hospital Director.
• Workforce reporting to SMT and Hospital Director for planning and decision-making.
• Governance and procedural integrity of formal HR processes.
