Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager for the Homes division overseeing ~547 homes across Maidstone, Medway, Rochester, Aylesford, East Malling and nearby areas. Qualifications

• Experience in frontline housing management, residential lettings or related sector.
• Knowledge of housing legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage voids, sign-ups, inspections and repairs reporting.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Regional Head of Partnerships and deliver on portfolio objectives.
• Take ownership of assigned sites, maintain high standards and compliance.
• Monitor contractors and service providers for quality and timeliness.
• Manage all property management functions including voids and inspections.
• Address anti‑social behaviour cases and assist in legal processes when needed.
• Respond to tenant and client enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly client reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct estate inspections and address issues in communal areas.
• Work with Technical Team to oversee health and safety compliance.
• Log tenant repairs in Fix‑Flo and client systems; oversee defects.
• Maintain tenancy records and ensure policy/legal compliance.
• Collaborate with team and provide support or cover as needed.
• Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors and stakeholders.
