Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join the Homes Team, supporting delivery of housing management services across affordable housing properties. The role focuses on customer service, property upkeep and timely responses to queries, with travel across Hampshire and West Berkshire.

The ideal candidate has experience in housing, lettings or customer service, strong IT skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Experience in housing, residential lettings or customer service.
Strong communication, organisational and IT skills.
Knowledge of affordable housing or property sector advantageous.
Ability to work independently and in a team with good diary and admin skills.
Willingness to travel to sites as needed.

Responsibilities

Support Property Managers with day-to-day management of affordable housing portfolios.
Assist in managing client portals and respond to housing queries promptly.
Keep customer records and client systems up to date.
Assist with viewings, sign-ups and move-ins.
Produce reports and administrative documentation as required.
Collaborate with residents, contractors and clients to maintain service standards.
