Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Homes Team and manage a portfolio of approximately 547 homes across the Maidstone patch, including surrounding areas. This role delivers housing management across a mixed-tenure portfolio with a focus on customer service.

You will work remotely with site visits up to three days per week, build strong relationships with residents, contractors and clients, and ensure compliance, reporting, and high service standards.

Formación

• Experience in frontline housing management, residential lettings or similar.
• Knowledge of housing legislation, regulatory requirements and best practice.
• Proven ability to manage core housing management activities including voids, sign-ups and repairs reporting.
• Strong communication, organisational and IT skills with ability to produce reports.
• CIH, ARLA or equivalent qualification desirable or willingness to work towards.

Responsabilidades

• Report to Regional Head of Partnerships and deliver on portfolio objectives.
• Take ownership of assigned site(s) and ensure high standards and compliance.
• Monitor contractors and service providers for quality and timeliness of work.
• Manage housing management activities including voids, sign-ups and inspections.
• Respond to tenant and client enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly client reports and maintain records.
